He is a graduate from ITESM Monterrey with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and an MBA with specialization in Finance. Mr. Villegas has worked in the financial sector with a track record of over 10 years as Director of Relations in SUMMA Center Investment and Stock Market Mexico Securities assets under management of over U.S. $ one billion and as Deputy Director of Corporate Banking and Business International Bank (Bital) leading a team of executives who operated a loan portfolio of over U.S. $ 800 million.
In the Food Industry, Mr. Villegas joined the team of Grupo Maseca (GRUMA) for 11 years and hold the position of Corporate Director of Global Sub Treasury specifying transactions exceeding U.S. $ 1.5 billion, managing the operation in 60 business units 9 countries.
His first foray as an entrepreneur is performed in Graphic Image, a design company as CEO and just over eight years ago started the Lyon Capital Consulting project, which evolves to become a boutique investment bank. Lyonnais Conseilleurs have with a focus on generating value added to the Small and Midsize Industry of the country.
Graduated from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, with a bachelor degree in Economics and since 2006 he has being a student of specialization courses in Corporate Management in Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE).
Founder and CEO of Trade Angle Strategies LATAM consulting group specializing in financial and investment products, financing and coverage evaluation. He was responsible for the strategic development of the company in areas such as evaluation of investment projects in the scheme "Management Programs of Individual Accounts" at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange; Establishment of trusts and specialized investment companies, and financial ratios corporate development, Financial forecast and financial risks.
Mr. González is specialized in areas such as financial products trading, hedging and structuring investment products and financing; address areas of commercial sale of treasury products and derivatives, with a record of work since 1994 in various financial institutions as Serfín Stock Operator, Citibank, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse. Since January 2014 he joins Lyonnais Conseilleurs as a Managing Partner.
Obtained his bachelor degree of Business Administration, however, he began his professional career before graduating in providing business advisory services to a group of entrepreneurs to lead their project to its successful boot. In Centro de Productividad de Monterrey, Mr. Mendoza continues its advisory work as Coordinator of Public Relations.
His career in banking began in POLIBANCA INOVA where he developed the Commercial Banking area for foreign branches in Nuevo Leon and around Tamaulipas. Later then, Mr. Mendoza was invited to Banco Latino as a Consultant on the Board of Management. He also occupied a leading position in International Bank and Banco Comermex, head of commercial banks for Nuevo León, Tamaulipas and Cohahuila.
Leverages his expertise to develop activities in finance advisory, he joins Conseilleurs Lyonnais in 2012.
Public Accountant graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, obtained his MBA with an emphasis in finance in 2012.
Mr. Garza develops his professional career in the financial sector working with Grupo Financiero Banorte in 1996 and until 2015, year in which Lyon Intesfin invited him to join the team.
Its achievements include the structuring of various trade and financial projects that exceed 5 billion Mexican pesos for recognized companies such as Cemex, Gruma, Ternium, Aceromex and Ocean Garden among others, representing them financial, operational and tax benefits.
Likewise, Mr. Garza developed a total reengineering of processes, which allowed the division of commercial warehousing of the group the implementation of SAP R/3 generating significant operational savings.
In addition to the origination of new businesses, he was responsible for the administration and back office for each transaction and for reporting to local financial authorities.
